SPiRALNY was founded by Marcel Bellucci in 2018 with the purpose of providing a cutting edge approach to buyers, sellers, and agents throughout New York. Marcel, Founder and Principal Broker of SPiRALNY, raised in Europe. He has worked in real estate for over a decade and has dedicated his career to providing exceptional service to his clients. His international background and dynamism has allowed him to work with clients from all over the world.
