John is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Queens. He spent most of his days working closely with his Parents developing properties all over the Queens/New York Area. This gave him the tools and exposure he needed to grow his career in real estate. Prior to working at SPiRALNY, John came from Touro university and co-founded a company called WatchTreatment, where he managed and worked for a number of years as a certified watchmaker which gave him his eye for detail and precision.

John’s passion for real estate has pulled him back into the industry once again. His motivation to please his clients not just find “A” property but “THE” property of their dreams is what keeps him going every day. Throughout all of his years his relationships to his clients are one of the things he values above all. John is fluent in both the English and Russian language.
